Clwyd Associates has trained and experienced hazard study leaders
and scribes – and can provide these services for Hazard and
Operability Studies (HAZOPs).
Clwyd Associates has experience of leading hazard studies and HAZOPs
for the following activities :-

sodium hydroxide (caustic), monochloroacetic acid, hydrochloric
acid and toluene. Stages included reaction and liquid/liquid extraction
(COMAH registered)
